Inspired by the visual language of Greek Orthodox votive offerings, TAMATA translates poetic fragments and symbolic forms into minimal hand-embroidered gestures. The works form an intimate collection of small stitched objects reflecting on desire, loss, and offering.
The series was developed on the occasion of the Concrete Etheras workshop held by BBDB Studio in Athens.
