I have been teaching movement practices, ranging from contemporary dance to yoga and pilates, since 2009. I have delivered classes and workshops in studios, festivals and cultural centres in Greece and abroad. I have worked with diverse groups, including beginners, professional dancers, athletes, pregnant women and postnatal mothers. [Detailed information about my teaching experience here]
I believe deeply in the joy and benefits of movement, and am committed to making physical practice accessible to all, particularly underserved communities such as older adults, people with injuries or chronic conditions, and those with disabilities.
