ΟΝΕ DENSE ABSENCE

Drawing inspiration from the greek orthodox tradition of votive offerings, the TAMATA project explores the relationship between folk tradition, faith and imagination. These fragile, embroidered pieces offer poetic reflections on hopes and longings expressed through symbols and words.

This work was created on the occasion of the CONCRETE ETHERAS Workshop of BBDB Studio (Athens, June 2025).

CONCRETE ETHERAS will culminate in a limited-edition book printed and published by Dolce Publishing, which will be presented at the Athens Art Book Fair from 3 to 5 October 2025.
