Grounding Through Improvisation Art Residency, Grund1535, Austria, 2023

This project marks the formation of walking as structural method.

Repeated visits to specific sites generated movement improvisations and embroidered translations. Observation emerges through the body; inscription follows.

The peripatetic activation When I Was Young I Wanted to Become the Circus Girl returned the stitched forms to their original landscape. Site, gesture, and translation converge.
